A standout feature of our collaboration with Trafficlear is our direct communication and feedback process. This results in the ability to refine products that seamlessly integrate with our vehicle conversions quickly and efficiently.
Over the years we have been working with Trafficlear, we have feedback on numerous products that have then been further developed, creating a product that is second to none.
Example:
When a client approached us to find a solution for powering roof lightbars on a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) conversion while the vehicle was powered off, we knew we could collaborate with Trafficlear to develop an effective solution.
Not only did we succeed, but through extensive testing, we refined the product further. We requested Trafficlear to create a smaller, portable, version of the auxiliary power system, featuring a 20Ah battery, fuses, and under-voltage protection, all housed in a carry case. This allowed for convenient out-of-vehicle recharging at the office, depot, or home. Each charge could power the roof lightbar for up to three days before needing a recharge.
The system could then easily dock within the vehicle to power the roof lightbar without draining the vehicle’s main battery or affecting its range. For added safety, we incorporated an automatic changeover failsafe. In the event the auxiliary battery failed or lost charge, the system would automatically switch to being powered by the vehicle’s battery, ensuring uninterrupted operation at a critical point.
